With all this research I’m doing for the murder of Francis Staley, I’ve been thinking about how awesome it would be to write his story as a genealogical murder mystery. There’s enough questions and hearsay about it that I could easily formulate a novel almost entirely on true facts! Maybe I will someday.
In the meantime, I’ve discovered these fun genealogical murder mysteries. There are a few typos in the first book, and the writing gets a little clunky sometimes, but they’re a quick read and a delight to my genealogical heart. I’ve only read the first three books, and there are six so far in the series.
I enjoyed them very much. So if you’re anxiously awaiting my next installment of Francis Staley’s story, try these to tide you over.
And do let me know if you like them.
